One Sunday, a friend saw me knitting and said: “Wow, in 3 years this is the first time I've seen you without your computer”

 

That hit me like a ton of bricks, because it was true!!! I was working 24 / 7 and I believed that was the only way to keep the things I loved in my life.

 

This started my self discovery journey.

 

No, I didn’t quit my job to meditate full time.

I learned about mindset, how to change my limiting patterns and beliefs.  Holistic nutrition to understand how to take care of my body. Meditation, breathwork, how to raise  my frequency and work with energy…

 

I worked with the best mentors / coaches / trainers I could find!  And I learned that only you have the power to look inside yourself and connect with the part of you that knows who she wants to be in this world.

Sometimes freeing ourselves requires drastic changes.

Others all it takes are subtle adjustments.
